Are you a wordsmith with a keen eye for detail? Do you want to work at the intersection of language and technology? Mindy Support is looking for English speakers based in the United States to join an exciting, long-term AI development project.

In this role, you will be the “human intelligence” behind the machine, helping to refine and train cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) to communicate more naturally and accurately.

What You Will Do:

As an AI Content Evaluator & Writer, you will take part in a multi-phase project focused on assessing how AI responds to complex user queries.

Evaluation & Labeling: Assess AI-generated responses for relevance, factual accuracy, and tone.
Content Creation: Write original prompts and “gold standard” responses to help the model learn.
Editing & Proofreading: Review AI outputs for grammar, spelling, and style consistency, ensuring they meet high linguistic standards.
Optimization: Rewrite or edit content to better align with specific project requirements and cultural nuances.

Who We Are Looking For:

Location: You must be a current resident of the United States.
Linguistic Expertise: Native-level fluency in English with a strong grasp of American cultural nuances and idioms.
Background: Ideally, you have experience in writing, editing, translation, linguistics, or data annotation.
Detail-Oriented: You can spot a typo or a subtle logical inconsistency from a mile away.
Tech-Ready: You are comfortable working with new software and can work independently in a remote environment.

Technical Requirements:

A stable high-speed internet connection.
A computer with at least 6 GB RAM.
Operating System: Windows 10+ or macOS.
